Cullman Electric Cooperative members who sign up for paperless billing will receive notice of their new bill each month by e-mail. The bill can be viewed online at www.cullmanec.com where the co-op's secure website keeps members safe from identity theft. The bill can be paid online by bank draft, check or credit card.
