Paying your power bill has never been this easy. Have your monthly power bill automatically drafted from your credit card or from your checking account.


Payment machines are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at both Cullman EC offices. A kisok is also located at Hopper's Family Market in Fairview, and is available during the store's regular business hours.


Cullman Electric Cooperative’s online payment system allows you to make a payment using your checking account or credit card.

Call 256.737.3200 or  1.800.242.1806. Members may use our automated phone system to pay their bill by credit card, debit card, or e-check.

Paperless Billing

Cullman Electric Cooperative members who sign up for paperless billing will receive notice of their new bill each month by e-mail. The bill can be viewed online at where the co-op’s secure website keeps members safe from identity theft. The bill can be paid online by bank draft, check or credit card.

To sign up for paperless billing, call  (256) 737-3200. (Members are responsible for keeping a current e-mail address on file with Cullman EC, and for paying their monthly bill if e-mail notice is not received).

Levelized Billing

Surprises are nice, but not when they come in your electric bill. With levelized billing, we use the average of your current power usage plus the previous 11 months to arrive at your payment amount. The amount fluctuates little from month to month, so your power bill is more predictable. To sign up for levelized billing, call Cullman EC today at 256.737.3200.
