Join us for a week full of fun and resources, April 18 - 22!
Free Document Shredding for all Cullman EC Members
Bring the materials you need shredded to Cullman EC's offices in Cullman or Addison during regular business hours on April 18-22. The service is free to our members. Alabama Archives will provide document shredding barrels so personal documents can be safely and adequately disposed. Any paper items that include information about credit cards, social security numbers, bank accounts, old bills, or other private information should be considered for secure document disposal. Limit three bags or boxes per member, please.
EV Test Drive
Curious about what it's like to drive an all-electric vehicle? Sign up to test drive the Cullman EC all-electric Ford Mustang Mach-E today. We are offering two test drive slots each day at 10 AM and 2 PM from April 18-22. To drive the Cullman EC Mustang Mach-E EV, you must be a Cullman EC member, 25 years or older, and show proof of car insurance and a valid driver's license. You will also have to sign a waiver before driving the vehicle. To sign up, please complete the sign-up form at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0B4AAFA829A4F85-earth. There are only two slots per day, and it is first-come, first-serve on the sign-up availability.
Earth Week Bag Giveaways
We will have free giveaway bags for the first 150 members during Earth Week, April 18-22. Cullman EC and Sprout have teamed up with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, North Alabama Agriplex, and the Cullman County Soil and Water District to provide members with free earth-friendly items to celebrate Earth Week. Members may stop by the Cullman or Addison office during regular business hours to pick up their free giveaway bag during Earth Week, April 18-22. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Local Resources Meet & Greet
On April 19, from 1-4 PM, local organizations dedicated to improving our earth and community will be at the Cullman EC Main Office on Eva Road. Cullman County 4H, Cullman Soil and Water District, the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, Sprout Fiber Internet, and Cullman Electric Cooperative's EV Team will be available to discuss how they are working to improve our community! Join us and learn more about these groups and how you can improve our earth for future generations.
