Cullman Electric Cooperative wants our members to have easy and flexible payment options. We provide six different payment options and alternative billing options. Learn more below to find the payment and billing option that is best for you!
Payment Options
Pay Online
You can use Cullman Electric Cooperative’s online payment system. It allows you to pay with your checking account or credit card.
Telephone
Call 256-737-3200, Option 2 to use the automated system. You can use it to pay by credit card, debit card, or e-check.

Dropbox is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at both locations.
Kiosk
Kiosk payment machines are available all day, every day. You can find them at our main office on Eva Road or our Addison office. A kiosk is also at Hopper's Family Market in Fairview during the store's regular hours.

Automatic Draft
Paying your power bill has never been this easy. Have your monthly power bill drafted from your credit card or from your checking account. You can do this online in your account portal, over the phone, or in the office using one of the forms below.
Other Payment Options
Levelized Billing
Our levelized billing program lets us average your monthly power bill. We use your current and previous 11 months of power use. Then we bill you for that average amount, so you pay approximately the same amount every month.
To enroll in levelized billing, your account must be current. You must be in your current residence for one year before signing up for levelized billing. To calculate your monthly levelized billing amount, we need twelve months of billing history.

Paperless Billing
Receive notice of your monthly bill by email, then view it online. The co-op's secure billing website keeps members safe from identity theft. Enroll in paperless billing in your account portal. Questions? Email info@cullmanec.com or call 256-737-3200 to speak with a member services representative.
Members are responsible for keeping a current email address on file with Cullman EC. You must also pay your bill even if you don't get an email.
