Paperless Billing

It Pays to Go Paperless!

Cullman Electric Cooperative offers a paperless billing option for all members. This is a great way to cut down on paper and be entered into a quarterly drawing for five $50 bill credits.

All members enrolled in paperless billing will receive an email notification when their bill is ready. They will then have to log in to their online account in the portal to view their bill. Visit and sign into the portal HERE.

To be eligible for the $50 bill credit drawing:

• Complete the request form HERE.
• Call 256-737-3200 during regular business hours (Mon.-Fri; 7:30am - 4pm)
• Visit our office and talk with a member service representative to switching to paperless billing.
• Have a Cullman EC online account? Log in, click “Account Management” & choose paperless billing.

Billing that does not include a Cullman EC electric membership account (Ex: water only, heat pump loan) is not eligible for a $50 paperless billing drawing. Limit one $50 bill credit per year for quarterly drawing winners.
