Sign-up for Draft Information

To sign up for draft payments, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in your online account at https://billing.cullmanec.com/cec/login.jsp
2. Select the draft payment option you wish to sign-up for (Bank Draft or Credit Card Draft)
3. Follow the remaining instructions for your selected draft type. 

If you do not want to sign up for Draft on your online account, please call us at 256-737-3200 or visit one of our offices. 

**If you sign up for draft during July, August, or September, your $5 credit will be applied on your next bill.**

You will be able to log into your online account at https://billing.cullmanec.com/cec/login.jsp once you receive confirmation from a Member Services Representative that they have signed you up for paperless billing and created your online account.
