Portal and App Features include:

Quick Pay is a simple, fast, and secure way to make payments online for individual accounts only. You can use it without creating an online member account. You need your account number.

Pay multiple accounts at once You can pay multiple utility accounts with one online payment by logging into the portal and selecting "pay multiple accounts." Or, you can make partial payments to multiple accounts.

Setting up draft payment is easier. Members no longer have to do it for individual accounts. You can select multiple accounts to set up on draft payments.

Update phone numbers. Members can view and change the phone numbers on their account.

Track your usage with UsageTracker. An easy way to keep up with how much electricity your household is using.

Outage reporting is a fast and easy way to report outages for your account.

Usage notifications allow you to set up email notifications for daily or high-usage alerts.

Payment Portal FAQs
Quick Pay
Quick pay is simple, fast, and secure. It lets you make payments online easily without creating an online account. You only need your account number and the last four digits of the phone number listed on your account.
Step 1: Visit https://billing-mcp.cullmanec.com/mcp/
Step 2: Select Quick Pay
Step 3: Enter the Account # and Phone #.
Step 4: Follow the instructions to complete payment.
**Please repeat this step for each account you have with Cullman Electric. For example, if you have an electric account and a water account, you must follow these steps for each account. You will not be able to make payments on both accounts in one transaction.**
If you have any issues, please email us at info@cullmanec.com or call us at 256-737-3200. The phone number on your account may not match the one you are entering. Please provide your main phone number in your message. We can ensure that we update it in our system this way.
Pay Multiple Accounts
Now, members can log-in to their account and pay multiple accounts at once.
Step 1: Visit https://billing-mcp.cullmanec.com/mcp/
Step 2: Select "Pay Multiple Accounts"
Step 3: Enter your username and password. (Username is your email address used when creating your online account)
Step 4: Select all the accounts you wish to pay in one transaction and the amount you wish to pay on each account.
Step 5: Follow the remaining instructions to complete payment.

Draft Payment Set-up
Members no longer have to set up draft payments for each individual account, they can select all of the accounts they want to setup on automatic draft when they set it up.
Step 1: Visit https://billing-mcp.cullmanec.com/mcp/
Step 2: Select Draft Payments.
Step 3: Enter your username and password. (The username is your email address used when creating your online account.)
Step 4: Select setup new draft.
Step 5: Select if you wish to setup a credit card draft or bank draft.
Step 6: Select all the accounts you wish to setup on draft payment.
Step 7: Follow the remaining instructions to complete draft setup.

Easily Verify and Update Phone Numbers
Now, members can update their account phone numbers.
Step 1: Visit https://billing-mcp.cullmanec.com/mcp/
Step 2: Select "Account Profile" under "My Account."
Step 3: Enter your username and password. (The username is your email address used when creating your online account.)
Step 4: Select the edit button under the "Phones" section.
Step 5: Follow the remaining instructions to edit phone numbers.

In the portal, you can track your usage and download and print usage reports.

Reporting Outages
With the outage features in the portal, you can check the status of outages, report an outage, view the live outage map, and view your outage history on all your accounts.

Step 2: Select "outage."
Step 3: Enter your username and password. (The username is your email address used when creating your online account.)
Step 4: Explore all the outage options on all of your accounts.

Notifications for Billing, Daily Usage, and Excessive Usage
Setup notifications for billing reminders, daily usage, and excessive usage.
Step 1: Visit https://billing-mcp.cullmanec.com/mcp/
Step 2: Look for the links under "my account," "notifications," and "manage notifications."
Step 3: Enter your username and password. (The username is your email address used when creating your online account.)
Step 4: Select the account you would like to set notifications up for, and then subscribe for the type of notification you wish to setup.

View Scheduled Payments
You can schedule payments and view their schedule date. This is convenient for when you are out of town or out of the country.
Step 1: Visit https://billing-mcp.cullmanec.com/mcp/
Step 2: Log-in by entering your username and password. (Username is your email address used when creating your online account)
Step 3: Make sure you have a payment profile set under "billing and payments."
Step 4: Select "pay multiple accounts" under "billing and payments" and schedule a payment under the accounts you wish to make payments. If you want to schedule the payment for a future date, please change the date for the day you wish to schedule the payment.
Step 5: Select "scheduled payments" under "billing and payments." Your scheduled payment will appear.

Updating Your Online Account Email, Password, Security Questions, or Paperless Billing
Members with online accounts can easily update the email, password, and security questions associated with their online portal login and sign-up for paperless billing.
Step 1: Visit https://billing-mcp.cullmanec.com/mcp/
Step 2: Select "Sign-In."
Step 3: Enter your username and password. (The username is your email address used when creating your online account.)
Step 4: Select "My Profile" under your name in the top right corner.
Step 5: Follow the remaining instructions to edit your profile information and update paperless billing options accordingly.

App FAQs
Quick Pay
Quick pay is a simple, fast, and secure way to easily make payments on the app without an account. You only need your account number and the last four digits of the phone number listed on your account.
Step 1: Select the Cullman Electric Cooperative App on your device.
Step 2: Select Continue as Guest
Step 3: Select Quick Pay
Step 4: Enter the Account # and Phone #.
Step 5: Follow the instructions to complete payment.
**Please repeat this step for each account you have with Cullman Electric. For example, if you have an electric account and a water account, you must follow these steps for each account. You will not be able to make payments on both accounts in one transaction.**
