How to Report an Outage
- Call: 256-737-3200
- Online (Registration Required)
- Through your account at www.billing.cullmanec.com
- Text Message (Sign Up Required)
- STEP 1 — To sign up: Text CECIN to 85700.
- STEP 2 — To report a power outage: Text #OUT to 85700.
- Live Outage Map (Authentication through Facebook, Google, or Twitter)
- Reports made directly on our social media accounts as posts, comments, or messages are not entered into the outage management system.

Sprout Fiber Internet
Cullman Electric has launched Sprout Fiber Internet to connect its electric system to a world-class fiber-optic network. This means better electric service for Cullman Electric members, but it also means members will be able to receive this life-changing technology. Cullman Electric is still building out the fiber-optic network to all Cullman EC members but plans to reach everyone by 2030.
